  1. How are you? How are you living in the moment? I'm fine. This situation has had negative but also positive implications and I try to concentrate on those: nature takes back the spaces, gives value to what is really valuable, you can give a lot to the customer even in this moment.

  2. Given the current situation, do you think it is still possible to do catering? Obviously our sector has changed radically. But people still have the desire to taste a dish made by others, a dish that in most cases evokes memories of happy evenings spent in our restaurant.

  3. How did you organize yourself during this period? Do you offer a home delivery or takeaway service? From the beginning of the lockdown we have organized ourselves for home deliveries, with a continuous improvement in the following weeks (and still today) since for us it is a completely different methodology from before. ☺️

  4. Catering is not just "food". How can you make up for the lack of contact with the customer? How can you still make "an experience live"? You can't have the same contact as before, but we try to stay next to customers with photos of the preparations, deliveries, trying to involve them in our activities, giving gifts and personally delivering meals to customers, so that they can be seen live and to show us. 😊 All our social networks and contacts are followed directly by us and not by third parties, in order to make our presence felt even from a distance! 😉

  5. Would you reopen the place to customers? Would you feel ready? Now we have reopened, we have kept ourselves ready above all by taking care of the outdoor garden which has no problems of "safety distances". We are there, but we will wait patiently for people to be calmer and more serene to come and visit us without worries.

  6. When you can reopen, what will you focus on to convince customers to come back? What are your strengths? As I said before, now we have finally managed to reopen. Our outdoor park, the view, the peace and the beautiful outdoor temperature are certainly strengths. But those who know us also know that we can express ourselves at our best if we serve our dishes on site, with more attention to the dish and the highest quality of food.

  7. In what ways will catering still have to improve? After this situation, everyone has changed a bit: there will certainly be more attention to the customer, to distances, to the desire to make the customer feel safe in our restaurant. Without customers we could not exist, so we must give real value to people, who are not numbers or wallets, but people with whom to create a relationship that can last even in these difficult times.

  8. Have you thought of something new to offer? Not at the moment. We may consider keeping the home delivery service in the future too, but it's too early to think about it. We follow the evolution of the sector and respond based on customer requests, which we always encourage to give us feedback and requests on social channels.

  9. In this period, what role does wine play in catering? From our point of view there has been less interest in wine at the moment, certainly because many have found themselves at home alone and without friends to share a good glass with. There has been a more direct relationship with the wine producers, who have worked to deliver their bottles, while our role in pairing a good wine with our menus has decreased a bit.

  10. A positive message for your current and future customers. Whatever happens, we will adapt to situations! ☺️ We do not want to leave our beloved customers alone and, on the contrary, we try to meet them in every way! We look forward to welcoming you back to our restaurant!
