  1. How are you? How are you living in the moment? We are in good health, thank God, and also in good spirits. We have never actually stopped, and after the shock of the first few days, within our walls we think and design more contemporary solutions to reach our audience. We are almost more busy than before, with our little Lion in the house that brightens up the days. Even if the desire to physically return to the club is great!

  2. Given the current situation, do you think it is still possible to do catering? Absolutely yes! You can still do catering but with certainly different attentions and precautions. There will be difficulties and will have to be faced by recreating and focusing on aspects that are very different from what we used to manage but which
however, they were already current for many cities around the world; such as the sale of online experiences, delivery, Guest Lists and access by reservation .. It will take a lot of patience and dedication but in the end we will come out better ...

  3. How did you organize yourself during this period? Do you offer a home delivery or takeaway service? In these two months of forced closure we have dedicated ourselves to creating an e-commerce by concentrating  on our splendid territory "the Belluno Dolomites". We want to create a beautiful showcase
international for our viticulturists who are more attentive to nature but also for the local gastronomic delicacies selected by us such as cheeses and cured meats. Healthy products rich in principles and historicity that deserve to be known all over the world.

  4. Catering is not just "food". How can you make up for the lack of contact with the customer? How can you still make "an experience live"? We can give the customer an experience by putting the same love in shipping and presenting  our work in people's homes… taking care of the details and making ours unique
    message and service!

  5. Would you reopen the place to customers? Would you feel ready? Yes, I would reopen it to understand and learn how to manage the service in the best possible way even in these cases of
    sanitary emergency.

  6. When you can reopen, what will you focus on to convince customers to come back? What are your strengths? I definitely aim to create even more team in my province by strengthening the alliances I have built over the years and helping to enhance the products of our artisans! We must be proud of our products and we must enhance and consume the excellence of our land. Italy!

  7. In what ways will catering still have to improve? We improve ourselves and our attitude by trying to support each other and  we advertise activities where the heart is put above everything!

  8. Have you thought of something new to offer? I will always try to offer my smile (even if masked) and my kindness, hoping to return to the standard of comfort we had before the covid.

  9. In this period, what role does wine play in catering? Wine always remains the element of union, conviviality and warmth that cheers us up during lunches, dinners and in those little moments of lightheartedness that we carve out during the day ...

  10. A positive message for your current and future customers. We will toast to health and life!
