  1. How are you? How are you living in the moment? I lived the first few weeks in peace by arranging a few things at home and without getting discouraged and creating recipes that our followers could reproduce at home. Then it was time to take back the reins to organize the reopening.

  2. Given the current situation, do you think it is still possible to do catering? I think it will take some time for things to settle and return to previous levels, people have a great desire to quit but also fear of a relapse.

  3. How did you organize yourself during this period? Do you offer a home delivery or takeaway service? Yes, with the beginning of phase 2 we have begun to offer the take-away and home delivery service.

  4. Catering is not just "food". How can you make up for the lack of contact with the customer? How can you still make "an experience live"? Trying to convey in a disposable container the same passion that is put on a classic dish. The dialogue, the warmth and the magic of the room will be missing, but you can still try to communicate your style inside a bag.

  5. Would you reopen the place to customers? Would you feel ready? We would also be ready, we hope the customers are as well. We hope that the restrictive measures that the government will adopt will not penalize too much small places like ours.

  6. When you can reopen, what will you focus on to convince customers to come back? What are your strengths? I am undecided whether to change anything or change everything. The next few days will be crucial to understand how to do it ... The quality will be kept high, there is no question about that. For many in these 12 years La Pepata has meant safety, we will continue on safety.

  7. In what ways will catering still have to improve? As far as I'm concerned it has already improved. I had several contacts with other restaurateurs to discuss the current situation and positive things came out in the common evil. We realized that united you can grow.

  8. Have you thought of something new to offer? This delivery is already something new that we have to live with and that nobody expected.

  9. In this period, what role does wine play in catering? I think that wine is also suffering a lot as it goes hand in hand with good food. But sooner or later we will get out of it.

  10. A positive message for your current and future customers. We support the restaurant that needs it! But not only that, we also support all local producers, and together we will be reborn!
